SUNDAY AT MALAHIDE

Rainy day, Train delayed but we stayed optimistic... We discovered one of the oldest castles in Ireland.

The oldest parts of the castle date back to the 12th century and it was home to the Talbot family for 791 years, from 1185 until 1976.

We had a guided tour of the castle and then we walked among butterflies in the greenhouse before visiting Malahide village.
